EVOLUTION OF ELEVATEHER EMPIRE
2021 - From Burnout to Breakthrough
In 2021, I hit a breaking point. As a single mom of five, including three children with special needs, I was juggling motherhood, long work hours, and emotional exhaustion. The constant balancing act was taking its toll. I remember feeling overwhelmed and questioning if I could continue pushing forward at the pace I was. It was during this time that I realized something had to change. I couldn’t keep living in survival mode, constantly feeling like I was on the edge of burnout. That realization was the turning point that sparked my journey toward building a life and business rooted in alignment, not exhaustion.
2022 - The Launch of Deep Dives with Dee
After years of doing the inner work, I transformed my breakthrough into a business. In 2022, I launched Deep Dives with Dee, a coaching space designed to help entrepreneurs gain clarity, structure their time, and grow sustainably—without burning out. As word spread, more purpose-driven leaders took notice.
2023-2024 - Foundation, Refinement & Momentum
These years were about laying deeper roots. In 2023, I became certified as a life coach through The Life Coaching School (LCS) and completed the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Program with Shirzad Chamine, which gave me powerful tools to help clients shift their mindset for success. In 2024, I took it a step further by certifying as a trauma-informed coach, enabling me to guide clients through deep healing while supporting their growth.
2025 -The Birth of ElevateHER Empire
In 2025, Deep Dives with Dee evolved into Deep Dives Coaching, expanding from 1:1 sessions to VIP Days, planning intensives and community outreach/networking. This growth paved the way for the launch of ElevateHER Empire—a bold brand ecosystem designed to help purpose-driven leaders scale their businesses and elevate their lives. That same year, I leveled up by certifying through The Life Purpose Academy (LPA) with Mastin Kipp, expanding my ability to support clients in healing and aligning with their truest purpose safely. ElevateHER Wealth, ElevateHER Wellness, and ElevateHER Community were born, each dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build financial independence, prioritize their well-being, and find strength through connection. From self-paced courses to immersive retreats and sold-out events, ElevateHER is quickly becoming the go-to space for industry leaders in search of sustainable growth, aligned strategy, and true transformation.
